We offer free delivery for all of our products using Royal Mail first class post although currently you may wish to use our carrier service offering a maximum of three working days delivery, although in most cases this will be next day.
We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. Usually this is within 3 working days from the date of order. If there are any changes to the availability of products after you have placed your order we will advise you promptly. We try to keep full stocks of all items although occasionally, depending on demand, some items may be temporarily out of stock.
All orders are acknowledged by email and we always try to keep you informed of any changes affecting delivery.
We are sorry but at present we are not able to deliver to addresses outside of mainland Britain.
Returns
If you change your mind about any goods you have purchased you must contact us by email or telephone within 7 days of delivery to arrange for their return. Regrettably items of footwear or clothing cannot be ruturned once you have worn them unless the item is found to be faulty. Please note that all returns must be securely packed in the original packaging so that the item(s) are fit for delivery again. We cannot accept the return of items that are not in their original packaging.
